1. Agreement
By using Spawnr.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. The Service
Spawnr.io provides managed hosting for AI bot instances. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure. We can suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your payment method. All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don't attempt to circumvent limits, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or liability.
6. Your Content & Data
You own your content. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process your data as necessary to operate the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI processing, payments, and messaging. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPAWNR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, HOWEVER CAUSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spawnr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
